VCDS (VAG-COM) v11.11 Released - Free update
Ross-Tech have released version 11.11 of their excellent VCDS (VAG-COM) software.
New features include:
* Partial support for VW Crafter vans -
Communications with all control modules; functions supported: Control Module ID and Advanced ID, Fault Codes (Read and Clear), Supported Codes, Security Access, and Adaptation.
Other functions such as Measuring Values, Output Tests, and Basic Settings will be added in future versions.
* New USB drivers - support for some USB3 chipsets

Telephone Contact Delays & Problems (Resolved)
Apologies if you are having any trouble contacting us by telephone at the moment.
On Sunday night a vehicle crashed into a local BT street cabinet, knocking out all but one of our telephone lines.
BT are aware of the fault, but are not anticipating a full fix until the end of the week.
In the meantime, you may get a faster response by email.

New CAN-only FiatECUScan Bundle now available!
If you have one of the newer Fiat or Alfa Romeo models (Fiat 500, Grande Punto, Punto Evo, Qubo, Alfa MiTo, Giulietta) then you may have noticed you don't need the FULL FiatECUScan package to cover your car.
A software license, an ELM327 and a yellow adaptor cable are all you need, so we've bundled those together for under £100.

Royal Mail Strike Action halted for 2009
Royal Mail have announced that the rolling nationwide
strike action by CWU members which began in October
has been halted today, until after Christmas,
to allow negotiations to continue.
This means that once any existing backlogs have
cleared in the Royal Mail systems, we are not
expecting strike action to affect the delivery
of any further orders.

VAT Charged at 15% from December 1st
In line with the reduction in the rate of VAT from
17.5% to 15%, from December 1st 2008 all VAT-eligible
products will be charged at the new 15% rate.
Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday November 28th
will be invoiced on Monday, and so will benefit
from the lower rates.
Most prices on the website have already been updated
to match, but inevitably there may be a few discrepancies
for the first few days of December.
