Mail Strike Action halted for 2009
Royal Mail have announced that the rolling nationwide
strike action by CWU members which began in October
has been halted today, until after Christmas,
to allow negotiations to continue.
This means that once any existing backlogs have
cleared in the Royal Mail systems, we are not
expecting strike action to affect the delivery
of any further orders.

Charged at 15% from December 1st
In line with the reduction in the rate of VAT from
17.5% to 15%, from December 1st 2008 all VAT-eligible
products will be charged at the new 15% rate.
Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday November 28th
will be invoiced on Monday, and so will benefit
from the lower rates.
Most prices on the website have already been updated
to match, but inevitably there may be a few discrepancies
for the first few days of December.
