What
software will it run?
The handheld
PC uses Windows XP, so it will accommodate all of our diagnostic software
(and any other packages that operate on Windows XP).
Does
it come with diagnostics software installed?
No, but
if you buy it with any of our PC-based diagnostic tools, we'll install
and test the software for you!
Does
it include a CD drive?
No, to
keep it lightweight, it doesn't have a CD drive. We do however include
a USB memory stick, so you can copy files onto and off it very easily.

How
do I install software without a CD drive?
Simply
copy the files you need onto the USB memory stick using your main
PC at home or in the office, then plug the stick into the QuadPad
1 and run the installation as normal.

How do
I type information into the QuadPad 1?
Typing
is quick and easy. One button pops up a virtual on-screen keyboard.
Simply tap the virtual keys on screen.
Alternatively,
the unit features handwriting recognition, so you can simply write on-screen
and it will convert it to text for you.
