Location: Fforestfach, Swansea.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
Salary: £20,000 a year - Full-time.

Who are we?

We're an ecommerce company, based in Fforestfach, Swansea, and we're going places - our growth has been rapid, and now we're looking for the right individual to come in and help us continue our growth.

Our business is car diagnostic equipment - we help our customers save thousands of pounds diagnosing faults on their vehicles.

What's the role?

We're after a customer and product support executive, and here's what you'll be doing on a daily basis:

• Answering incoming telephone calls to assist potential & existing customers
• Processing sales orders received online, over the phone, by email or in person into our Sage system
• Picking and checking orders for dispatch and helping to pack orders ready for dispatch
• Assisting in organising our store room (conducting periodic stock check & maintaining stock locations)
• Preparing products for sale (usually involving testing and updating products)
• Some bookkeeping duties including entering supplier invoices
• Preparing and sending out regular marketing campaigns by post and email

Who's the perfect candidate?

• Our customers are the reason we exist, so we need someone who is happy and at ease on the phone, and can wow our customers at each touchpoint - you'll have good communication skills and be someone who enjoys dealing with people.
• You'll know your way around a computer, as you'll need to use one a lot. Ideally you'll have experience with email and Microsoft Office, and if you've used Sage then that's even better.
• You'll be highly organised, able to work to deadlines, and you'll be a doer - at times we're all hands on deck, so if you don't like getting "stuck in", then this isn't the role for you.
• If you like cars, you'll enjoy this role, but it's not essential to be a petrolhead!

Is the job permanent?

Yes, after a 6-month trial period.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
