The minimum system requirements for the Diagnostic Assistance software are:

• Desktop, laptop or notebook PC with CD-ROM drive
  
• Pentium processor (or higher) running at 166MHz (or higher)
  
• Windows 98, 2000, Me, XP or Vista
  
• Approx. 20MB of hard disk space

Notes on software activation

The 'Diagnostic Assistance' Ebook is protected by a password. The password will be specific to the computer that the Ebook is run on. For example if you have both a laptop and a desktop then you will need two passwords. As this is a common scenario two passwords will be issued per sale.

Should you require a new password because your computer has been replaced or reformatted then this will be issued free of charge on a discretional basis. You will need to have proof of purchase and it is recommended you retain your sales / order reference numbers.

The password can only be allocated once the user has run the Ebook on the computer they wish to use it on.
