To process the license renewal, we need you to confirm your multiplexed interface's serial number.
This is especially important if you didn't originally purchase your tool from us, as we will not have a record of it.

The serial number can be found on a label on interface itself. It's an 8-digit alphanumeric code, and usually begins with "WTC" - something like WTC1AB2C.
