Firstly a comment about Gendan customer service.. Impeccable. Response to query, product pricing and delivery service are 1st class. The product.. Exceptionally easy to use. Exceptionally easy to link to PC for saved data download. Real time readings are a true bonus. I have no negative comment at all and recomend this product to anyone. One to be aware of is that the cd loaded software will not install onto Windows 7 64 bit. It may be that there is an update available but I have not yet checked this as I am using Vista on a laptop for this application.
