Great product easy to use and excellent support from the guys at gendan

A truly excellent piece of kit I have used it with success on Toyota, nad Citroen petrol powered vehicles, but have yet to use it on Diesels.
It removes a lot of guess work from diagnosing problems if only this were available when I was an Apprentice.

Excellent product that works straight out of the box. I would thoroughly recommend any prospective purchasers of diagnostic software/interfaces to deal with Gendan. Although slightly more expensive than some of the cloned produced in China products sold on Ebay/Amazon - you can be assured that this will work and that customer support will help with any issues. To put it simply do you really want to risk your cars computer or your own laptop computer by connecting up to a cheap made in China product just to save a few quid. In addition Gendan use a genuine ELM327 chip.
