Why would I need this?

Under the OBDII/EOBD standard, Chrysler only supports 20 - 40 sensors on a typical vehicle. But using the Chrysler enhanced interface, a typical vehicle will often support hundreds more sensors

Which sensors and tests can it access?

• Access Chrysler-specific sensors not covered by the OBDII specification.
  
• Activate Chrysler-specific component-level commands ("Functional Tests")
  

Which cars will the upgrade work with?

The upgrade will work with UK/European Chrysler petrol cars from 2001.

In addition to all of the UK and European Chrysler car support, this upgrade also supports US-sold Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth/Eagle cars imported from the US into Europe from 1996.

Upgrade will work with PC USB package.

How does the Enhancement work?

AutoEnginuity Enhancements are software-only updates that, once purchased, can be activated through email/by phone.

The enhanced interfaces are licensed to single PC and come with free updates for the first year.

Updates to the enhanced interfaces are free for the first year; another year of updates is only £35 (inc VAT) per enhancement.
