How to use the service

• Please create an online account as normal and then login

• Your WAP login details can then be found by clicking 'WAP details' on the main menu

Terms and conditions

• In order to use the service, you should ensure that you have WAP facilities on your phone or mobile device, and that you have activated this with your service provider.
• We are not able to provide support for WAP devices (i.e. mobile phones, handhelds etc.). You must refer to your user manuals, phone supplier or phone service provider for information on how to access and use WAP on your phone or handheld.
• You are responsible for all WAP access costs incurred whilst using our service (i.e. you will need to pay your mobile phone company for the call or GPRS costs).
• You may not share your account access details with a third party. Misuse of the service will lead to suspension of your account.
• All lookups are logged to help us track misuse of the service.
• Gendan Limited reserves the right to define 'misuse' of the account, subject to 'normal expected usage' limits that will be revised from time to time.
• Where Gendan Limited feel that the service is being misused, the account will be suspended without notice. This is to ensure that we can continue to provide a high level of service to other customers.
• Whilst Gendan Limited exercises a great deal of care in sourcing and adding information to our database, we cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrect information.
• Whilst Gendan Limited hopes to provide a consistently high level of service, computer and network problems do inevitably occur. We will try our best to minimise the impact of any problems on the service, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result.
• Our database does not contain the definition of every trouble code that might appear on a vehicle.
• Gendan Limited reserve the right to withdraw the service at any time.
• Gendan Limited reserve the right to refuse to create an account for any reason.
